Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Returns & Quality Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Once your artwork goes to print, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you have a reprint guarantee?
Returns & Quality Yes. If there is a print quality issue on our end ā such as colour misalignment, blurry print, or damage in transit ā we will reprint your order at no charge. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
What if I find a mistake after approving the proof?
Returns & Quality Once you approve the proof, we proceed to print. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, layout, and contact details before approving.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns & Quality Since all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping & Delivery Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

Shipping & Delivery Standard production takes 7-8 business days after artwork approval. Production begins only after you approve the digital proof.
What is the difference between Die Cut and Non Die Cut?
Paper & Finish Non Die Cut cards are standard straight-edge rectangles. Die Cut cards are cut into custom shapes (circle, oval, rounded corners, etc.) using a special metal die. Die Cut cards stand out and are great for creative brands. We offer 36 die cut shapes to choose from.
What is foil stamping and how does it work?
Paper & Finish Foil stamping uses heat and pressure to apply a metallic foil layer onto specific areas of your card. It creates a shiny, eye-catching effect on logos, text, or design elements. Available in Gold, Silver, Red, Green, and Blue foil.
What does GSM mean and which should I choose?
Paper & Finish GSM stands for grams per square meter ā it measures paper thickness. 300 GSM is standard and lightweight. 500 GSM is sturdy and professional. 800 GSM is ultra-thick and feels premium in hand. For business cards, we recommend 500 GSM or above.
What is the difference between Gloss, Matte, and Velvet finish?
Paper & Finish Gloss gives a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors pop. Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish that feels elegant and is easy to write on. Velvet (soft-touch) is a premium lamination that feels silky and luxurious ā perfect for high-end brands.
Will colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Design & Artwork Not always. Screens display colors in RGB, while printing uses CMYK inks. Because of this difference, minor color variations may occur in the final print.
How many design revisions do I get?
Design & Artwork We offer up to 3 free revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond that may incur a small fee. We work closely with you to ensure you love the final design before we go to print.
Do you offer a free design service?
Design & Artwork Yes! Every order includes a free design service. Share your logo, brand colors, and content ā our expert designers will create your artwork and send a digital proof for your approval before printing.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Design & Artwork We accept PDF, CDR, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files (minimum 300 DPI). All files should be in CMYK color mode with 3mm bleed on all sides.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Ordering Yes, volume discounts apply automatically at checkout. The more you order, the lower the per-unit price. Contact us for custom quotes on orders above 10,000 units.
Can I reorder the same design?
Ordering Absolutely. We store your approved artwork for up to 12 months. Simply place a new order and mention your previous order number ā we will use your saved file.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Ordering Yes! We offer sample packs so you can feel the paper quality and see the print finish before committing to a large order. Contact our team to request a sample kit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Ordering Minimum order quantities vary by product. Business cards start from 500 units, while thank you cards and specialty products start from 1000 units. All orders must be placed in multiples of 100.
